Caitlyn DePaula, MPA

Program Manager

Caitlyn DePaula, is a Program Manager with the Peter L. Slavin, MD Academy for Applied Learning in Health Care. She supports educational initiatives across Mass General Brigham through program management, strategic communications, website management, and digital media. Her work includes coordinating educational programs and events, developing communications and marketing materials, managing web content, and creating digital resources that support health care professionals across disciplines.

Since joining the Brigham Education Institute in 2016, Caitlyn has supported educational programming and communications in a variety of roles. Following the integration of the Brigham Education Institute into the Slavin Academy, she continues to advance interprofessional education across the Mass General Brigham system through collaborative educational initiatives.

Caitlyn earned a Master of Public Administration from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Saint Anselm College. Outside of work, Caitlyn enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons and taking advantage of every opportunity to explore and create family memories.
