Senior Program Manager
Karen Bruynell is a Senior Program Manager for the Peter L. Slavin, MD Academy for Applied Learning in Health Care. She oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs and initiatives, collaborating with faculty and colleagues across Mass General Brigham to support high-quality learning experiences for health care professionals. Her work includes program development, operations, and strategic planning for a broad portfolio of educational offerings.
Karen brings more than two decades of experience in academic medicine and medical education administration. She earned her master's degree from Cambridge College and is passionate about advancing collaborative learning and professional development. Outside of work, Karen enjoys traveling with her husband, distance running, and a variety of creative crafting projects
